"My experience at Dr. Taylor’s office was amazing.  First, the fact that I was able to get an appointment as a new patient in a timely fashion was a wonderful surprise.  The facilities and equipment are state-of-the-art, immaculate, and comfortable.  The entire staff was professional and very polite. You can tell that the safety of patients and staff is taken seriously, as precautions to safe-gaurd against Covid-19 are practiced at all times.
     Dr. Carter and her assistant actually made what I perceived to be a daunting dental procedure tolerable! Their calm demeanor and ability to explain each step, in layman’s terms, put me at ease.  I can also tell that they truly care about their patients, as they were able to sense my anxiety, and allowed me to “take a break” during the procedure. I appreciate how thorough Dr. Carter was in questioning me about my tooth pain and how thoughtful she was in crafting my crown. The fact that this is all done in-house, while you wait, is astounding. "There are not enough words to describe how fantastic this office and Dr. Taylor are! With COVID 19 and the storm our world has been rocked. My son had a emergency accident yesterday we called our dentist as well as every dentist in town and NO ONE could help us due to circumstances. I took my son to the ER. Of course to be told they werent going to be able to help us...this was not a situation that could wait! My heart sank and I prayed and prayed! As I sat in the ER waiting, hopeless, and crying...a friend I had asked to pray says she has a idea! Within minutes Dr. Taylor calls me personally and agrees with NO hesitation to take care of my son! I told the Dr. and they discharged us immediately, she knew it was time sensitive! Got to Dr. Taylor's office and there he fixed my son! With the help of Dr. Hannah....those 2 really came through for my son! I was so grateful and so blessed these people up and left their lives, their families, and were not worried about everything going on....just to make sure my son had the treatment he needed in the time frame it had to be done. They were a God sent! But if that does not show you the heart, character, and integrity of Dr. Taylor and his staff I dont know what will! I will be recommending Dr. Taylor to everyone! And I am forever grateful God sent him to us at the exact time he we needed him most! If that's not going above and beyond...I just have no words! Nothing I can write on a review will explain how exceptional this Dr. is! If you are looking for a dentist....THIS IS YOUR GUY! That is all I can say! Thank you so much Dr. Taylor and Dr. Hannah for taking such a scary situation and calming our fears and most importantly fixing my baby!
